Windows comatibility list (win32), here tests for ...

Windows 2000 (w2k): 		all servers seems okay
Windows Server 2003 R2: 	all servers seems okay
Windows XP Service Pack 2: 	all servers seems okay
VISTA Ultimate: 		all servers seems okay 

NO (!!!) Win98Se support anymore (only apache seems okay, but NO mysql support)


Test cases (only basics):

1) Start Apache/MysQL/Mercury manually
2) Install and uninstall Apache/MysQL/FileZilla FTPD as service (not win98)
3) Switch to PHP4 and back to PHP5
4) phpmyadmin ad hoc test
5) xampp example test
